2. What we process and why
This website has no forms, no user accounts and no analytics. We process personal data only when you contact us by email or phone. In that case we process your name, your contact details (email address, phone number, company if given) and the content of your message.
- To answer your enquiry and to prepare or perform a contract with you or your company: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- To keep business correspondence and to protect our legitimate interest in organised communication with customers and suppliers: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We keep this data for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and afterwards for as long as accounting, tax or other legal retention duties require.
3. Hosting and technical logs
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), which acts as our processor. When you open the site, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, user agent, the requested page and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the site and to protect it against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. International transfers
Cloudflare may process data outside the European Union, including in the United States. Such transfers are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
5. What we do not do
We set no cookies, use no analytics or advertising tools, do no profiling and make no automated decisions about you. We do not sell your data. See the Cookie policy.
6. Your rights
Under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f). To use these rights, write to boryana.foxymatltd@gmail.com.
